Trip charge policy/Service charge policy

If Olsen Furniture is required to go to a customer's house to inspect a piece of furniture for repair there will be a minimum trip charge of $65.00. The hourly rate to repair an item is also $65.00 with a one hour minimum.

Most items have a one year labor warranty*. Anytime after the warranty expiration you will be required to pay the labor charge. 
*Please note: not all items sold carry a one year warranty. You will be notified, before repairs are made, if your item is not under warranty.

If the customer would like to bring the item to the store there will be no trip charge. Service and labor charges* of $65.00 per hour, for repairs, still apply. 
*Please note: Many items carry a labor warranty. If your item is under warranty there will be no labor charge.

Warranties differ from one manufacturer to another. We will let you know what is covered and what would apply to your item. Some parts needed for repair are not covered under some warranties; if so the customer would be responsible to pay for the parts in order to repair the item. Olsen Furniture will let you know if there are parts needed that are not covered.
